Measurement Quality Attributes
A measurement process has many attributes. Some of these, such as speed and cost, are of interest to the user but do not address the quality of the result.
Most of the attributes of a measurement process can affect the quality of the result.
The most important of these quality attributes are:
- Accuracy
- Precision
- Resolution
- Repeatability
- Reproducibility
- Traceability
