Components of a Calibration Certificate
Other Considerations
Non-conforming Performance
If any specific actions are taken to correct non-conforming performance or calibration, this should be noted on the certificate. This historical data is important for determining calibration intervals and analyzing repair costs as well. (Ref. ISO 17025 Section 5.10.4.3)
Opinions and Interpretations
Where appropriate and needed, opinions and interpretations, should be documented and clearly stated on the certificate of calibration. (Ref. ISO 17025 Section 5.10.5)
