Periodic Calibration/Record Keeping

The calibration record should include:

• A description of the measurement instrument, including name, manufacture, model, and serial number.
• A description of each calibration activity including:
• Date of the calibration
• Who performed the calibration
• Method used to calibrate the instrument
• Numerical results of the calibration
• Date of next calibration
• Maintenance and repair history of the measuring instrument.
