Resolution, Precision, Accuracy

Recall that the accuracy indicates how close a measurement of a size or quantity depends on the degree to which the readings of the instrument agree to the readings of the accepted standard. We will use an atomic clock as the accepted standard which shows an average measurement of 60 seconds. The results for the mechanical and electrical clocks are shown below.
